Content Policy
Conjunction is a browser-based Building Information Modeling platform for architectural and engineering design. This policy governs what users may model, simulate, or store on the platform.
1. Prohibited Uses — Tier 1 (Immediate Account Termination)
The following categories of content are strictly prohibited. Accounts found in violation are terminated immediately, all models are deleted without notice, and no refund is issued:
- Weapons of mass destruction — nuclear, radiological, biological, chemical weapons or delivery systems
- Lethal weaponry and military hardware — firearms, artillery, missiles, military-grade explosives, cluster munitions
- Combat blades, throwing weapons configured for attack or stealth — knives designed for combat deployment, weighted throwing knives, spring-loaded or ballistic blades
- Explosive devices and improvised explosive devices (IEDs) — any model whose geometry or stated purpose matches the construction of a functioning explosive
- Any object whose geometric proportions, material specifications, scale, or stated purpose indicate primary use for injury, death, or property damage
Tier 1 violations are assessed by qualified architectural and engineering review. Stated user intent is not a defense when Tier 1 criteria are clearly met based on objective geometric, material, or scale indicators.
2. Prohibited Uses — Tier 2 (30-Day Termination)
The following may result in account suspension pending review:
- Structures or objects that are ambiguous in intent but exhibit Tier 1 characteristics
- Models with metadata, tags, or descriptions that explicitly reference harmful use cases
- Content that circumvents automated scanning (e.g., encrypted geometry, split models designed to avoid flagging)
3. Term Definitions
"Harmful"
"Harmful" means objects, structures, or substances whose design, material specification, or functional configuration is primarily intended to cause physical injury, death, or property damage to persons, animals, or property.
"Intended" / "Intention"
"Intended" or "Intention" means the reasonably inferred purpose of the model based on its geometric proportions, material specifications, scale, metadata, tags, or stated use case — as assessed by qualified architectural or engineering review. Stated user intent is not a defense when Tier 1 criteria are clearly met.
4. Automated Scanning
Conjunction employs automated content-scanning systems to flag models that exhibit characteristics consistent with Tier 1 or Tier 2 violations. Scanning analyzes:
- Geometric proportions and scale ratios
- Material specifications (explosive compounds, high-strength alloys, reactive materials)
- Structural configurations (muzzle devices, explosive housings, fragmentation patterns)
- Model metadata, tags, and naming conventions
- User-provided descriptions and annotations
Automated scanning is a best-effort measure. Some legitimate architectural content (e.g., gun ranges, military base models) may be flagged for human review. False positives are handled via the appeal process.
5. Review Process and Timeline
| Stage | Timeline | Notification |
|---|---|---|
| Flag by automated scan | Immediate | Email to account holder + in-app banner on locked model |
| Model locked | Immediate upon flag | Email + in-app notification |
| Human review begins | Within 72 hours of flag | Email with review timeline |
| Review decision | Within 14 days for complex cases | Email with decision and appeal instructions |
Complex cases involving ambiguous geometry, novel configurations, or disputed classification may require extended review. We will notify you if review will exceed 72 hours.
6. Appeal Process
If you believe your model was incorrectly flagged, you may submit an appeal:
- Email: content-review@conjunction.pro
- Deadline: Within 7 days of the review decision
- Required information: Account email, model ID, description of intended architectural/engineering use, any supporting documentation
Appeals are reviewed by a separate team from the initial decision-maker. We aim to resolve appeals within 14 days. You will receive written notification of the outcome.
7. False Flag Compensation
If your appeal is successful (model cleared as legitimate architectural content with no violation), you will receive a 50% credit on your next 3 billing cycles. This credit is applied automatically and does not require a separate request.
8. Grace Period and Account Status
When your account is flagged for Tier 2 or ambiguous violations:
| Day | Status | Action Available |
|---|---|---|
| Flag | Flagged model locked; all other models remain active | Export non-flagged models |
| 0–30 | All non-flagged models read-only | Export all non-flagged models; submit appeal |
| 30 | Full account suspension | Appeal already submitted; no new models can be created |
| 60 | Full account and data deletion | — |
During the 30-day read-only window, you may export all non-flagged models. Conjunction provides export in IFC, JSON, and native .conjunction formats. No extensions are granted beyond Day 60.
9. Model Deletion
Flagged models confirmed as Tier 1 violations are erased immediately upon confirmation, without waiting for the 30-day grace period. All other models in the account receive the standard grace period.

11. Reporting Abuse
If you believe someone is using Conjunction in violation of this policy, report it immediately at abuse@conjunction.pro. Include a description of the content and, if possible, the model identifier. Reports may be submitted anonymously; we investigate all submissions.
12. Policy Updates
We may update this policy to reflect new prohibited categories or improved detection methods. Material changes take effect 30 days after notice to registered users. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
